Punching and Laser Cutting Technology

With our AMADA LC-2515 C1 AJ3000, we combine punching and fiber laser cutting in a single machine. We manufacture perforated sheets, housing components, and covers according to your drawings. For laser cutting, we process steel, stainless steel, aluminum, brass, and copper up to a material thickness of 6 mm each.

The combined working area, including extension, is 3,050 × 1,525 mm. With our extensive tool inventory, we produce various perforations and formed parts. Countersinking and thread cutting can also be integrated directly into the machining process.

For recurring punch patterns, we use punching technology. We complement custom cutouts and outer contours with a fiber laser. This allows us to combine different machining operations on a single sheet metal part using the same machine.

CNC-trimming

Take advantage of our possibilities:

On our Amada bending presses we do complex bending work in small and medium batches but also in series. With a maximum pressure of 170 tons we can cut sheets with a length of up to 4 meters.

CNC-rotary rolling

We bring your sheets on radius. With the help of our CNC-controlled and also manual rollers, we straighten and bend sheets up to 4 meters wide and 12 mm thick.

Starting with 120 mm diameter in thin sheet metal up to 2 meters in diameter with thick sheets. Just ask: We are happy to advise you on our options.

Assembly

For the assembly of housings, containers or cladding we have the procedures spot welding, riveting or pressing available. We work according to the specifications of our customers but are also happy to help and advise.
